Starting a conversation around bras is quite a challenge in our society. Even though uncomfortable innerwear is a bothersome issue for 87% of women in Bangladesh, women just don't talk about it! This was a massive challenge for a brand like Shape, an intimate clothing line for Bangladeshi women.
SHAPE is focused on providing lingerie & innerwear that caters to South Asian women, made to fit their shape, size (especially plus size) & style without compromising comfort.
Every Body Matters
Find your fit confidently
SHAPE believes every body deserves the best no matter the shape, size, or colour! Here’s to celebrating all body types!
From the shape of our bodies to the sizes & preferences, finding the right innerwear fit is quite a journey for every girl - Especially here in Bangladesh due to our hush-hush culture about any intimate issues concerning our body. SHAPE started out with a commitment to break some of these taboos & provide women with a safe space to discuss their concerns about their bodies & make informed choices.
Lingerie is an article of clothing, just like any other. This design serves a higher purpose than just packaging.
It normalises lingerie while steering the conversation towards body positivity & beats the taboo around intimate wear. SHAPE is delivering comfort to all Bangladeshi women, one bag at a time.
Every body "COUNTS"
SHAPE also took on the influencer game and introduced product collaborations by co-creating designs with Ishrat Zaheen & Orchita Sporshia. This collaboration was introduced as a first of it's kind custom product line in Bangladesh under SHAPE's silk sleepwear range.
As one of the first local brands working with women’s innerwear, credibility was a challenge for SHAPE. We took a neat, minimal approach for every brand element for SHAPE that was associated with confidence & trust for customers.
